Information, not an offer

The site is for information. Calculations and examples are illustrations, not a quote or an earnings forecast. Prices, scope and timing apply only once we confirm them in a written quote or contract; the contract prevails over this site.

Content and rights

The text, design and photos on this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission. Names of other companies and services belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.

We are not responsible for the content of linked sites, including our clients’ sites.

Websites we build for clients: ownership and right of use

The website for your property, including its design, layout, code, templates, structure, booking system and all related know-how, is created by CODE BYTE, obrt za računalno programiranje and remains our sole property and intellectual property. While your contract runs and you pay the monthly fee, you have the right to use the website. Beyond that right of use, no ownership or licence of any kind passes to you.

Your content stays yours: your photos, the texts about your property, your logo, your name and your guests’ data. While the contract runs, you allow us to use that content only to build and run your website. When the contract ends, we return your content to you on request.

You may not copy, move, export, resell or host the website, its design or its code elsewhere, or have a third party replicate them. When the contract ends, the website is taken offline. A domain registered in your name remains yours.

Different terms apply only if we agree them in writing, for example in a separate website purchase agreement under which ownership of the website passes to you for a fee.

Offer: free website build for apartments and villas

Terms: applies only to apartment and villa websites, with agreements signed by 31 December 2026. It does not apply to hotels. Website design and build are free; the monthly fee, domain and payment fees (Stripe) are not included. The offer runs until the date shown or until withdrawn, and we may extend it.

Governing law

Croatian law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court at the seat of the obrt.
