For boutique and business hotels

A boutique hotel website, with a page for every room

Boutique and business hotels need different things from holiday apartments, so they need a made-to-measure solution. Every room gets its own page and description, packages and offers go out in several languages, and you edit rooms and content yourself in our system. We agree scope and price per project.

Different requirements, a made-to-measure solution

A hotel with twenty different rooms, a restaurant and business guests does not fit a template made for apartments. We build what your hotel needs.

  • Every room has its own page

A suite with a terrace and a twin room facing the courtyard are not the same product. Every room or room type gets its own page: gallery, floor plan, size, beds, view, amenities and rate, with its own title and description for Google.

  • Packages, offers and extras

A romantic weekend, wellness, dinner in the restaurant, an airport transfer or a gift voucher. A few carefully composed offers, each with its own page and terms.

  • Business guests and companies

Negotiated corporate rates, a request for an invoice with company details, longer stays, meetings and small events. A business guest finds what they need quickly and does not have to call the front desk.

  • Brand and story

Design built around your architecture, interiors and photos, not around a ready-made template. Editorial pages about the house, the restaurant, the area and the people who run the hotel.

  • Several languages, each with its own URL

English, German, Italian, Croatian and more, each with its own URLs and room descriptions, so guests find you on Google in their own language.

  • Fast and accessible

Built for phones first, with a focus on loading speed and accessibility to the WCAG guidelines, which the European Accessibility Act also requires for online booking.

You edit rooms and content yourself

With the site you get our system for managing rooms and content. When you change a room description, add a photo or publish an offer, the site updates without us.

  • Rooms

Add and edit rooms: names, descriptions, photos, size, beds, amenities and order.

  • Content

Change texts, galleries and pages about the hotel, restaurant and area, without writing code or waiting for us.

  • Offers and packages

Publish an offer for the season or the holidays and take it down when it expires.

  • Languages

Edit translations next to the original, so every language version stays in line.

  • Team access

Front desk, sales and marketing each get their own login, so nobody shares a password.

Connected to the systems you already use

We are not official or certified partners of the companies listed; we connect through the links, widgets and APIs your system offers. Integration details are on the hotel website page.

  • Channel manager and booking engine

Availability and rates stay in your system, and the site sells from the same inventory. Examples of systems we connect to: Phobs, Rentlio, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, D-EDGE.

  • PMS

A booking from the site goes into your PMS like any other, for example Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Protel, apaleo or Clock PMS+.

  • Payments and invoices

Guests pay into your Stripe account. We pass the payment details and the company details for the invoice to your PMS or invoicing software, which issues the invoice and reports it to the tax authority where the law requires it.

How we work with hotels

Every hotel is a project of its own. This is the order we follow; scope and deadlines are agreed at the start.

  1. Getting to know you

We talk about the hotel, its guests and rooms, the systems you use and what the site has to do. From that we put together the project scope and a quote.

  2. Design

We propose the home page, a room page and an offer page, and refine them with you until they look the way you want.

  3. Content and rooms

We build a page for every room, the texts and translations. You review and add to them in the management system.

  4. Integrations

We connect the site to your channel manager, booking engine, PMS and payments, and test everything with trial bookings.

  5. Launch

We connect the domain, redirect the old URLs so you keep your Google rankings, and show the team how to use the system.

Questions

How is a boutique hotel website different from an ordinary hotel site?

In a boutique hotel every room is different and deserves its own page, packages and offers are sold, and business guests ask for corporate rates and an invoice with company details. So we do not work from a template; we build a solution fitted to your hotel.

How much does a site for a boutique or business hotel cost?

The price is on request. It depends on the number of rooms and languages, the amount of content and the systems we connect. After the first call we send the project scope and a quote.

Can every room have its own page?

Yes. Every room or room type can get its own page with a gallery, floor plan, amenities, view and rate, plus its own title and description for Google. Whether a guest can book that exact room depends on your booking engine and PMS.

Can we change rooms, texts and offers ourselves?

Yes. With the site you get our system for managing rooms and content, where you and your team edit rooms, descriptions, photos, offers and translations. Bigger design changes are done by us.

Do you support corporate rates and company invoices?

The site can show negotiated corporate rates if your booking engine supports them, for example through a company code, and collect the company details for the invoice. The invoice is issued by your PMS or invoicing software.

Do you connect to our channel manager and PMS?

Usually, yes, through the link, widget or API your system offers. We are not official or certified partners of these companies. The list of systems and how we connect is on the hotel website page.

How long does the build take?

It depends on the number of rooms, languages and integrations, and on how ready the content is. We agree a rough timeline together with the quote, after the first call.
