What a holiday apartment website costs
We charge a one-off fee to design and build your site, paid at the start. After that, a monthly fee covers everything that keeps it working for you, plus third-party costs: your domain and Stripe’s card payment fees.
Until 31 December 2026, design and build are free for apartments and villas with agreements signed by that date.
Every place is different, so we price it together on a short call.
Terms: applies only to apartment and villa websites, with agreements signed by 31 December 2026. It does not apply to hotels. Website design and build are free; the monthly fee, domain and payment fees (Stripe) are not included. The offer runs until the date shown or until withdrawn, and we may extend it.

Guests pay you, into your own Stripe account
Every payment runs through Stripe, straight into your own Stripe account. The money goes to you; we never hold it.
A card payment costs from 1.5% + €0.25, a SEPA payment €0.35 (Stripe’s pricing, November 2026). You see the money in your Stripe account straight away, and in your bank account usually after 3 business days.
Example: a new guest payment of €620 by card arrives and the balance rises to €2,480, available straight away. Earlier guest payments by card and SEPA are listed as paid, and the next payout reaches the bank in 3 business days. Names and amounts are made up.

Questions
How much does a holiday apartment website cost?
You pay once for design and build at the start, then a monthly fee. On top of that you pay for the domain and Stripe’s payment fees. We agree the amounts on a short call. Until 31 December 2026, design and build are free for apartments and villas with agreements signed by that date.
Can guests book and pay online?
Yes. Guests pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or SEPA Direct Debit, and can pay the balance on arrival. The money goes into your Stripe account; we never hold it. More on the payments and payouts page.
Can the site connect to the booking platforms?
You enter platform bookings in the same availability calendar, so you see the whole season in one place, direct and platform bookings side by side. We explain the difference between a booking engine, a channel manager and a made-to-measure site here.
Do I have to leave the booking platforms?
No. Many owners stay on the platforms because that is where new guests find them, while returning and recommended guests book direct. Guests who first came through a platform can come back direct whenever they decide to; we never contact platform guests on your behalf.
Can I build the site myself on Wix or WordPress?
You can, and for a site with photos and a contact form that is plenty. The difference is everything behind it: an availability calendar that actually works, payments into your account, contracts, enquiries in one place and someone who makes sure it all keeps working in the middle of the season.
Is the site multilingual?
Yes, in your guests’ languages. Pool Bar Villa, one of our sites, runs in five languages.
Who maintains the site?
We do. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, the admin, the Telegram bot, visitor statistics and small changes through the year.
